Overview
The Knight is one of six character classes in Legends of Kesmai. All Knights were once fighters. Lawful fighters of the eighth experience level or higher may seek Knighthood.
Like fighters, Knights rely on weapon skills and strength to kill opponents and blocking skill and dexterity to avoid opponents' weapons. Knights and Fighters gain vital experience points rapidly and are given a higher number of hit points than any other class except martial artists. In addition, Knights can complete two quests which will further increase their number of hit points.
There are disadvantages, however. Knights are able to fight only one opponent at time in direct combat and must choose fight or flight when faced with overwhelming odds. Knights must also maintain their lawful alignment at all times.

Ring of Knighthood Spells
Knighthood brings with it limited magical powers, but only while wearing a Ring of Knighthood. With the Ring of Knighthood, Knights can enhance their weapons, locate opponents and allies, increase their strength, illuminate the darkness, and heal wounds during combat. Note that these are all the spells a knight will ever receive. Unlike other magic users, knights cannot learn new spells as they advance.
